Villa Sapphire & Emerald House Rules

  • The maximum capacity for Villa Sapphire & Emerald is 8 adults (3 additional children below age of 11 sharing the same bed are allowed).

  • Non paying guests are not allowed to use the villa facilities

  • Sleeping shall be confined to the bedroom. No guests are allowed to sleep in the living room area at night.

  • Smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption and non-halal food is strictly not allowed within the villa.

  • Furnitures in the villa such as the sofa, dining table, chairs and sofa bed is not allowed to be moved from its original position.

  • The premise is not designed to be child-proof. Please have adults accompany the children at all times.

  • Children are not allowed to be in the pool and the stream without adults present.

  • Guests are expected to clean the dishes, utensils, the BBQ grills and the fridge

  • The rubbish bin shall need to be emptied and the bin bag knotted at the end of the stay.

  • Check-in is between 3pm-6pm. Checkout shall be before 12pm.

Cancellation Policy

Firm

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.

If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.

After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in.

No refund after that.
