Villa Aquamarine is a private 3-bedroom ensuite villa with a pool, just a short walk from Tanjong Jara Beach. Designed for comfort and relaxation, it’s perfect for families or groups of up to 6 adults seeking a peaceful coastal escape.

The space

The location of the villa is along Jalan Jalan Pantai Teluk Bidara, right in the middle of the stretch between Tanjung Jara Resort and the Public Beach of Teluk Bidara. There are 3 Bedrooms with Ensuite Bathrooms.

There is a Living/Dining/Kitchen room for family and friends to gather. The pool is 10×4 divided into an adult section (1.2m) and a kids section (0.7m) . There is a table and chairs and a BBQ pit area next to the pool. There is Netflix, Tonton and RTM Click for TV entertainment.

House Rules

  • The maximum capacity is 6 adults (3 additional children below age of 11 sharing the same bed are allowed).

  • Non paying guests are not allowed to use villa facilities and amenities.

  • Sleeping shall be confined to the bedroom. No guests are allowed to sleep in the living room area at night.

  • Smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption and non-halal food is strictly not allowed within the villa.

  • Loud parties is not allowed out of respect for our neighbours

  • Furnitures in the villa such as the sofa, dining table, chairs and sofa bed is not allowed to be moved from its original position.

  • The premise is not designed to be child-proof. Please have adults accompany the children at all times.

  • Children are not allowed to be in the pool and the beach without adults present.

  • Guests are expected to clean the dishes, utensils, the BBQ grills and the fridge.  Guests may opt for an optional cleaning service for an additional fee of RM200.

  • The rubbish bin shall need to be emptied and the bin bag knotted at the end of the stay.

  • Check-in is between 3pm-6pm. Checkout shall be before 12pm.

Cancellation Policy

Firm

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.

If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.

After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in.

No refund after that.

  • Guests: 6
